Not gonna lie, I was happy with how it arrived. The packaging was neat, there were no dents, and it was packed well enough to keep everything in good shape.

Well... I ordered a big batch of stationery for our office, and everything showed up exactly as expected. Shipping was faster than I thought it would be too. No problems at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

There were lots of options to personalize everything, which I really liked. i just wish the preview loaded a bit faster because it took a little patience, but overall it was a good experience.

The return itself was accepted without much hassle, but the refund took longer than I expected, and I had to send an email to check what was going on. They did sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything... just something about it felt a bit slower than it should’ve been.

The paper quality is actually quite nice. It feels smooth and a bit thicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise...

Like, there were a couple cute ones for everyday use, a few that would work for gifts, maybe one or two that felt a little more modern, but after that it started to feel like I was seeing the same style over and over. I was hoping for more variety, like different colors, more patterns, some simpler options, some bold ones, maybe a few fun or seasonal designs too. Overall, it’s fine, just not as much to choose from as I expected

I ordered some custom stationery from stationeryxpress.com i was half expecting at least one tiny thing to be off. You know how it goes with custom orders, somewhere in the system, a gremlin changes a color or misspells a name. But nope, everything showed up exactly how I entered it, which almost made me wonder who was monitoring this order so closely.

The names, spelling, colors, and quantity were all correct, and nothing was missing from the box. I checked twice because I’m not easily convinced when things go this smoothly. But the evidence was right there in front of me: the whole order was complete and accurate.

Overall, it was a easy experience. No drama, no weird surprises, no “oops, our bad” email later. I’d order from them again, though I’ll still be keeping an eye out because when a company gets it right the first time, it makes you wonder what else they’re capable of.
